Last Updated: December 2025

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Arena Games Platform Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, regarding the information we handle in connection with the BeeOS website (beeos2548.com), platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Our core mission is to provide a UFC-Driven Prediction Platform that unites UFC fans, crypto traders, and sports betting enthusiasts into a single, synergistic ecosystem. Our Service is built upon three key pillars: a Prediction Market, a social Prediction Hub, and a native Copy-Trading functionality. We are committed to user privacy and aim to minimize the collection of personal data while providing a transparent and meritocratic environment.

By using our Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, you should not access or use the Service.

2. Information We Handle

We handle different types of information to operate our platform, focusing on on-chain and user-generated data essential for the Service's functionality.

A. Information Collected Automatically

Public Blockchain Data: The primary information we interact with is data publicly available on the blockchain. This includes your public wallet address, which serves as your identity on our platform, and your on-chain transaction data.

Cookies and Similar Technologies: We may use cookies and other standard tracking technologies to enhance your user experience, save your preferences, and monitor the performance of our Service. You can control the use of cookies through your browser settings.

B. Information You Provide or Generate

Prediction and Trading Data: When you use our Prediction Market, we collect information related to your predictions, market positions, and trading activity. If you use the Copy-Trading feature, we process data on which traders you choose to copy and the trades that are replicated.

Prediction Hub Performance Data: To maintain a meritocratic environment, we collect and analyze the performance data of users who act as "Callers" in the Prediction Hub. This includes the accuracy of their predictions and their overall track record, which is used to build their verifiable reputation.

Staking Data: We collect information regarding your staking of the $BEEOS token. This data is necessary to manage your access to premium features, different tiers within the Prediction Hub, and eligibility for revenue sharing.

Email Address: If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or updates, we collect your email address to communicate with you. You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.

Discord Username: If you join our Discord server for community engagement, we will see your Discord username. This is used for community management purposes.

C. Information We Do Not Collect

We are committed to data minimization and do not collect traditional personal identifiers. This includes, but is not limited to:

KYC (Know Your Customer) data, personal names, physical addresses, phone numbers, government-issued identification, or financial information (other than public blockchain transaction data).

3. How We Use Your Information

To Provide and Secure the Service: To identify you as a user via your wallet address, facilitate your activities on the Prediction Market, enable the Copy-Trading functionality, and manage your staked assets.

To Build and Display Reputation: To calculate and display the performance of Callers on public leaderboards and individual profiles within the Prediction Hub, creating a transparent and verifiable reputation system.

To Enable Social and Financial Features: To operate the Copy-Trading feature, allowing users to follow and replicate the strategies of top performers, and to correctly distribute a portion of platform revenue to token stakers.

To Communicate With You: To send you newsletters, product updates, and other marketing communications that you have subscribed to.

For Community Engagement: To manage your roles and participation within our official Discord server.

To Improve Our Service: To analyze aggregated and anonymized data to understand user behavior, identify trends, and enhance the functionality and user experience of our platform.

4. How We Disclose Your Information

Our disclosure of information is limited and guided by our commitment to transparency and user privacy.

Public Blockchain Data: All information on the blockchain, including your wallet address and transaction history, is public by its very nature and accessible to anyone.

Public Performance Data: To ensure transparency in the Prediction Hub, the performance statistics and track records of Callers are made publicly available on leaderboards and user profiles. This is a core component of our merit-based ecosystem.

Third-Party Service Providers: We may engage third-party companies to perform services on our behalf, such as email marketing. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use the information to provide the requested service.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, or in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the information we handle. However, no electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Blockchain Data: Data recorded on the blockchain is immutable and cannot be altered or deleted. It is retained permanently as part of the public ledger.

Platform Data: We retain your prediction history, performance data, and staking information as long as your account is active to ensure the proper functioning of the Service. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe.

Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your own digital wallet and private keys. We never have access to your private keys and cannot recover them if lost.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Email Communications: You can opt-out of receiving our newsletters at any time by using the "unsubscribe" link provided in the emails.

Cookies: You can manage or disable cookies through your web browser's settings.

Blockchain Data: Information recorded on the blockchain is permanent and cannot be edited or deleted by anyone, including us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with information, we will take steps to delete it.

8. International Users

Our Service is accessible globally. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be handled and processed in jurisdictions with different privacy laws than your own. We remain committed to data minimization and user privacy for all our users, regardless of their location.
